Information for Current Participants

 
Dear Festival Participant, 
Below please find information related to your participation in the Summer Music Festival at Kutztown University from June July 1 - July 8, 2023. Please use the following link for the campus map: https://www.kutztown.edu/Documents/campus-map.pdf. 
Check-In: Saturday, July 1, from 3:00-5:00 PM at Golden Bear Village South, Building 80.
If you plan to arrive earlier than 3:00 PM, please let us know.
Meals: South Dining Hall 
Dinner will be served after check-in at 5:00 PM.
Orientation: We will have our first meeting at 6:30 PM in Schaeffer 13G.
Schedule: Individual daily and concert schedules will be given to you at check-in
Linens: Please remember to pack sheets, towels, washcloths, and a pillow if you are staying on campus. The rooms are air-conditioned, so you might want to also bring a light blanket. Unlike a hotel, these items will not be supplied.
Concert Attire: Both men and women should bring two concert outfits. Women, please wear a dress or blouse and skirt or blouse and pants with dress shoes. Men, please wear a dress shirt, nice pants, appropriate socks and shoes. 
Recreation: Swimming pool, gym, basketball and tennis courts for anyone interested in using those facilities. 
Check-out: Saturday, July 8, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Golden Bear Village South. Building 80
The concert schedule is posted. The final concert will take place on July 8, at 2 PM, in Schaeffer Auditorium.
